Straw papers can be shot across the table. Possibly this is why we don’t go out much.
One of Noah’s favorite bedtime stories is Dr. Seuss’s Sleep
Book. The goal of the book, as far as we can tell, is to bore the
listener to sleep. Noah, however is fascinated by this book, so the
much larger risk is that Nathan will fall asleep.
Noah has a collection of stuffed Ikea mice (possibly rats, but we choose to call them mice). He has some at school, some at home, some in the car, and we are still always searching for the right mouse. Today, when I picked Noah up from school there was a new mouse calamity. The gray mouse was living in a specially constructed block mansion, but he needed to come home with us. We had to delay our departure while he added a door so he could extract his mouse.
We took down the the tree today and Noah surprisingly enthusiastic and helpful, especially once he determined we did not plan to pack away any of his gifts.
