The only way to travel

And we’ve moved to the riding under the table portion of the trip. No sign of any inkling of interest in a nap yet. Connecticut seems like the longest state in the nation right about now.

We are embarking on the great journey to PA, and Noah is very pleased with the train. He’s tried out the travel toys in his bag, eaten his snack, and spent some time looking out the window. Unfortnatly we haven’t left south station yet.

Noah spent the evening making cookies to bring to his teachers. He stuggled with the baking part (it’s hard to remember that we don’t dump the actual measuring cup in the bowl with the flour) but he is a decorating star. Just give him a set of food coloring markers and some colored sugar and he can turn an ordinary cookie into a masterpiece.

Noah is always interested in the mail. Unlike the old house, we have a mail slot, so the mail appears in the foyer midday with a vigorous thud which attracts both Noah and the cats. Today was an especially banner day, however – there was mail addressed to Master Noah. He seems quite pleased with his correspondence.
